December 6th, Project Safety Net NY sponsored a table at the 2019 World AIDS Day dinner, hosted by United Way. Teresa Maestre was named this year’s Distinguished Provider, In her acceptance speech, Teresa honored her mentors, specifically mentioning our very own Loida Santos and Therese Craine Bertsch! She credited both of them with teaching her about compassion, service and never giving up.
